Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use suan.fm (“the site”), run by SUAN (“we”, “us”).

1. Agreement

By using the site, you agree to these terms. The site uses YouTube API Services. By using the site, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to Google’s use of information, and our Privacy Policy explains what we handle.

2. What the site does

You paste a link to a song on Spotify. The site reads the song’s public title and artists from Spotify and searches YouTube for them. It shows YouTube’s results, with links to watch them on YouTube. The site does not play, download, copy or store videos or music.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site for your own lookups. Do not use automated tools to send many requests, try to get around the site’s limits, interfere with the site, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the terms of YouTube or Spotify.

4. Content from others

Search results, and the videos they link to, come from YouTube and its users. Song information comes from Spotify. We do not control or endorse that content, and a result is not always the same recording as the song. YouTube and Spotify names and logos are trademarks of their owners. SUAN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google or Spotify.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It has a daily limit on searches, and it may change, pause or stop at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the content it links to.

7. Changes

If we change these terms, we post the new version here and update the date at the top.
